On Site Manager and Portfolio Manager
On Site Manager and Portfolio Manager needed.
These positions require excellent interpersonal, business, financial, organizational and leadership skills. Must be a team player, proactive and ethical, and have the ability to follow through and coordinate projects to a successful completion. The Property Manager position requires a person who is flexible, open, and able to work with different personality types.
In coordination with the Board of Directors and the company, the responsibilities of the position include:
· Frequent communication with the Board of Directors, Owners, Vendors, and the Management team.
· Ability to facilitate the maintenance of the common areas, and ensure the overall condition of the property.
· Supervise the staff.
· Develop and monitor the property budget; review and approve financial reports; oversee projects and vendors, and attend weeknight Board meetings.
Requirements
· Experience in the community association industry and license is required.
· Must have excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.
· Must provide status of Community Association license.
· Candidates musts have Chicago-land experience
