High School Principal
The Shenandoah Community School District
Due to career advancement, the Shenandoah Community School District in Shenandoah, Iowa is seeking qualified candidates for the position of High School Principal starting July 1, 2020. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop a positive culture and learning climate, demonstrate instructional leadership, use effective communication skills, and possess the ability to work well with students, staff, and community stakeholders.
Prior school administration experience preferred.
Must have or be eligible (by July 1, 2020) for an Administration License with appropriate endorsements to act as 9-12 principal and an evaluator through the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.
This is a full-time, 12-month position. Competitive compensation package commensurate with professional background and experience.
